PASSION FRUIT JUICE

Ingredients: Passion fruits, water, stevia


Direction:

  • Choose crinkly but not rotten fruits. Passion fruits need to be very ripe to make the juice.

  • Wash fruits.

  • Cut in half, scoop out flesh, and put in blender.

  • Add about three times the amount of water and slow-blend for about a minute. Overblending will break the seeds.

  • Sieve and squeeze to get every drop.

  • Add water and stevia to taste.

  • Protect from high blood pressure (potassium)

  • Protects eyesight (vitamins C)

  • Prevents iron loss (vitamin C)

  • Increase blood production (vitamin C)

  • Protects against cold and flu (vitamin C)
