Checking if the property has clean title is now online and delivered at your

doorsteps.

The Land Registration Authority (LRA) provides a door-to-door delivery service for CTCs through the eSerbisyo Portal.  

1. Requirements

• Title Number: Usually found at the top right of your title (e.g., TCT No. 123456).

• Title Type: (TCT, OCT, or CCT).  

• Registry of Deeds (RD): The specific city or province where the title is registered.  

2. Steps to Order

1. Register: Go to eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph and create an account. You will need to verify your email and set up a profile.  

2. Request CTC: Click on the "Request for Certified True Copy" icon.  

3. Add Title Details: Click "Add Title" and enter the Title Number, Type, and the correct Registry of Deeds.  

4. Payment: You can pay online via GCash, Maya, Landbank, or Credit/Debit cards.  

• Note: Fees are approximately ₱360 for the first two pages, plus delivery.  

5. Delivery: The document will be delivered to your address.  

• Metro Manila: 3–5 working days.  

• Provinces: 5–7 working days.
